The Planning Commission's primary function is to make and adopt a plan for the Township's land use development and advise and make recommendations to the Township Board concerning future changes to the zoning ordinance.

The Planning Commission assists in ordinance administration for home occupation, special exception uses and rezoning requests.

Planning Commission fees are as follows:

Special Use Permits:  $350.00

Zoning District Changes:  $400.00

Site Plan Review:  $350.00
