SEWER REFUNDS ARE FOR PEOPLE WHO OWNED PROPERTIES THAT WERE HOOKED TO THE SEWER SYSTEM AND PAID USAGE FEES BETWEEN 1978 AND JANUARY 31, 2007. IF YOU PURCHASED YOUR PROPERTY AFTER JANUARY 31, 2007, THE REFUND DOES NOT APPLY TO YOU.
The Sewer Refund Claim Form and W-9 need to be filled out completely and filed at the Markey Township Hall. The forms can be mailed or brought into the office. The Claim Form needs to be notarized. There are two public notaries at the township hall if you will be filing in person.
