Crestview Cemetery is located on School Road just down from the Markey Township Ball Fields. Crestview Cemetery currently has many sites available and is undergoing a 5 acre expansion project which will add 600 more sites. Now open effective summer 2007

     

Prices of Lots, grave opening and closing fees

Rates are changed from time to time by the Markey Township Board. Attached are current rates set at various board meetings.

Effective August 1, 2002 the following rates were set for lots in Crestview Cemetery

            Lots contain 2 grave sites each                          New Section effective 6/11/07

           Resident rate                $300.00                            Resident   $500

            Non-Resident rate     $1,200.00                           Non-Resident  $1500

            Opening & Closing Rates:

            (set at the Township Board Meeting  2/12/2007)

                        Urns:

                        Summer Rate:     April 1^st thru November 30^th      $100.00

                        Winter Rate:       December 1^st thru March 31^st   $200.00

                        Vaults:

                        Summer Rate:    April 1^st thru November 30^th    $300.00

                        Winter Rate:      December 1^st thru March 31^st   $550.00

            Our vault building is available for winter months without charge and summer rate will then be             assessed for burials after April 1^st.
